Small meal prep … It’s takes 10 minutes to make a spinach omelette so I didn’t meal prep breakfast but I’ll have fruit with my omelette … Cucumbers and turkey breast for snack … Chicken tacos for lunch (no taco seasoning lol) … Small Salad with cucumbers and chicken w/ a little light dressing for snack #2 … Chicken, asparagus, and brown rice for dinner ☺️… Yum! Meal prep w/ me!
