Steamed Kale, Shrimp, and Pesto Grilled Chicken for meals. Will it taste better than some fries … Nah! Sometimes I do too much … Actually Most of the time 😂. BUT fitness has grown near and dear to my heart. On average I receive at least 5 weight loss inquiries a week 😩. “Can I go to the gym with you?” “How much does Rob charge?” “What’s that stuff you be eating?” “I just want to lose my stomach. What do I do?” “How much does Erica charge?” “Aye how much you think Rob will charge me for a workout plan?” … Y’all I really don’t know much lol. My journey has been full of ups and downs (more downs than anything). I constantly call @mrxxclusive22 when I’m at the gym to ensure that I am doing everything right so some man doesn’t have to come “correct my form”. BUT I will tell you that along my journey I have learned that your diet is the MOST important aspect of your fit lifestyle and I have challenged myself to become a NASM certified fitness nutrition specialist while finishing my last year💪.
